We collaborate with a dynamic network of Service providers, both nationally and locally, to provide the best possible solutions for each and every one of our Guests. HUG links to many mainstream services and agencies, as we recognise that people come to us, with all sorts of different needs.
HUG is flexible and tailors it's Services to individuals needs. Sometimes, we will offer support, mentoring, or counselling, in an informal setting. We care for each individual with integrity and dignity, which are all part of the ethos of HUG.
We give guidance, help and advice at HUG, not judgements, so there are no barriers for HUG's service users.
If you find that you, or somebody you know, is in a tricky position, you should know that we will do everything we can to disentangle our Guests, from their problems.
Our Guests are not stigmatised or 'labelled' in any way at all. We give all of our Guests the best protection, and care that we possibly can.
